An early, still-relevant book on this topic, built around the idea of naming a "digital executor" and inventorying your accounts before someone else has to guess at them. Some platform details have inevitably aged, but the core framework holds up.
Death and Digital Media
A more academic, research-driven look at how mourning, memorialization, and digital platforms intersect. Denser than the other two, but useful if you want to understand the cultural and institutional context, not just the practical steps.
